You slowly turn around and see the equivalent of a Dynamaxed Raichu. This Raichu, though, is very different from the ones you've seen in Galar. It's floating on a large surfboard-like tail and has different colored fur among other things. So this is what an Alolan variant Raichu looks like, you would be much more amazed and less scared if it wasn't towering over you.
"Rai?" The Raichu floats downwards and reaches to you with his white paw. You try and back up from it, but your back hits the stairs you've been trying to climb. You half expect it to grab you, but instead you're met with a... poke. The Raichu keeps poking you, with you retaliating by trying to push his hand away with no avail. You look back at the Raichu. His brilliant blue eyes shine in curiosity and intrigue looking back at you. He can't help but let out a bit of a giggle as he continues.
"Hey, can you cu-" poke. "Stop po-" poke. "Stop poking me please!" You struggle to yell out to the Alolan Raichu between his proding. He does stop once you yell out to him, as he instead lifts you up into the air using his psychic abilities. "AAAH!!" You splurt out in surprised fear. "This isn't any better!"
"Chuuu~" He lets out a laugh as you flail in the air. He sits down on his tail-board and floats you to him, having you land safely between his legs. You are still very much freaked out by this giant Raichu who has now placed you in a spot where you cannot run, and his whole body is looming over you. "Chu. Raichu, sensing your fear of him, decides to calm you down. He reaches down for you and grabs you. Thoughts about what this Raichu can do to you race through your mind, but are all subsided when he gives you a hug, pressing you softly down on his chest. His fur smells something akin to a bakery, like cookies and bread. It feels so silky soft and plush, so much that you can't help but to nuzzle into it, feeling a lot calmer than before. You don't think this Raichu really wants to hurt you after all.
While Raichu is cuddling you, he can't help but to think of all the things you can do with him. Giving him rubs, food, games to play, and a lot of unconditional love. Your size is just a plus for him, meaning that he can just grab you and have fun with you at any time. Raichu daydreams of what fun he can have with you as he drifts off away from the Motel. You snap out of the calm daze that you were put in and notice what's happening. You still need to get to Indeedee!
"Wait. Wait! WAIT!" You call out to Raichu, who is snapped out of his daze and looks down to you. "My Pokemon Indeedee is back there at the Motel." You point to the motel. "She must be worried sick about me already, and I can't leave her just yet. Please, can you help me back to my room?" You ask the Alolan Raichu. Hearing you say this, he now feels conflicted. Raichu would feel heartbroken if someone took someone they love away from them, and it sounded like you cared about this Indeedee Pokemon very much, but at the same time, nothing is stopping him from just taking you.
