It gradually makes her taller, slow but unstopping

It didn't seem to take as long as usual getting to Cream's house.

Cream happily answered the door and showed Amy inside.

"Look!" She exclaimed, showing Amy the latest notch in the doorway to the kitchen, "I grew up a few more inches!"

"Aw, that's great!"

"Would you like to mark your height too? I want to see how long until I'm a grown up like you!"

"Ah, alright." Amy shrugged, doing little to hide her flattered expression.

After doing some quick measurements, Amy made a notch and wrote above it: "Amy, 3'1""

"That's wierd." Amy thought to herself, "I thought I was just 3ft... oh well."

After this the two spent the rest of the day in the Chao garden.

On the way back, upon entering the train to station square, Amy found that she didn't have to reach as high to grab the hand railings. On the ride back, she caught her reflection in the windows, and blushed seeing her skirt riding much higher up her legs than she'd like. All she'd have to do is make one step too wide and everyone would be able to see her panties. One inch shouldn't be enough to do that...

Concerned, she raced back home and measured her height again. She was now 3'6"

It took her an hour to get to Cream's house and back, and she stayed there for four hours. That means she was growing one inch every hour! But how...?
