Most people don't know this but you can technically breathe through your asshole. Your digestive system is one long uninterrupted tube from your mouth to your anus and your respiratory system uses your throat and mouth too.
Simon has somehow always been able to breathe through his butt, most of the time he breathes normally but lately something has been making him want to use his backend breathing system. Over the years of using it he has managed to master his muscle control for just how much he can inhale. Problem is his body tends to take over sometime making Simon inflate absentmindedly.
