When Tails looked at her again, he notice that she started to make no expression at all. 'It was a success!' Tails celebrate in his mind.
His hypno ray actually induced his victim to put them in a receptive state where they don't resist to orders and actually put ideas in their head to make them do or like things they don't even like before.

"Likes.." Tails muttered thinking all the times the bat-thief make fun of him for finding her attractive, always teasing him and other of his friends, just to make fun of them or get whatever she wanted at the moment.
'This...this could be my opportunity to turn the things on my favor.' He thought while glancing at her in that state.
'I know abusing of her state could be too much, but even if is just a little...' Tails said in his mind, really thinking if this was a good idea.
"R-rouge can you hear me?" He said trying to not sound nervous.
"......gh..." A simple nod and a grunted sound was all that he got.
'Well, at least she is still on trance.' He sighed knowing there was any danger at the moment.
"W-when I count three ,you'll only going to remember that you're my girlfriend, ok?" He said a little embarrased for the fact that he said out loud in front of her.
"...Mmmhhm" She seemed to take time to process it but she finally nodded in response.
"You will remember being a bounty hunter, but you won't remember being a thief." Tails finished looking that Rouge seemed to not have any problem accepting this.
'Weird...I thought she will hesitate about the stealing part.' Tails said surprised by the easy acceptance of the batgirl.
"O-okay...one...two...Three!" He finally said, taking her out of the hypnosis and see the results.
Rouge's eyes started to blink again and she recover her focus too.
"Umm...Rouge are you ok?" He said nervous, he wasn't sure if Rouge actually will obey his commands once was out of the trance.
"Oh. Yes, don't worry sugar~ I just, space out for a moment..." She said recovering her senses,while smiling to him.
It wasn't a seductive one that she usually give, it was a loving one.
'Did actually work?' Tails said in disbelief. He had to be sure.
"Are you sure? I was worried when you didn't respond." He said trying to sound worried.
"Awww~ My cute boyfriend is worried about me? You don't know how adorable you are." *smack* She teased him, while getting close enough to pinch his cheeks and finally giving him a kiss on his forehead.
Tails got just shocked for the sudden change. It did work! She really belive she is his girlfriend.
Before he just celebrate, Rouge talk to him again.
"So Tails..." She said taking Tails out of his shock.
