The man sitting there, nervously plays with his phone, as you take a moment for your new memories to catch up. You feel the same urge to flee the table that the man opposite clearly feels. He can't escape, as you see him try to rise and walk away. Each time, he fails.
Realising his offence, you know it's low level. However, he needs to learn a lesson, and some empathy.

You're sitting opposite a prolife upskirt snapper, and poster. The look of disgust and contempt are hard to mask, and you see him fidget with his phone. Guiltily trying to hide it, toss it away, or just dispose of it in some fashion. However, like his attempts to leave, he can't.
"You know why you're here." You say.
He tries to shake his head, to deny, plead ignorance. Tears streak down is cheeks, as he finds himself nodding.
"This helplessness is what you make your victims feel..." You observe.
"You need a harder lesson, a more personal experience to give you some proper empathy." You project the alternative into his mind, as he flinches.
