Tracy was everything a high school girl wished they could be. Voted best looking, best female athlete, Honor roll student, and Head of the cheer squad despite only being a Sophomore. All boys wanted to date her, all girls envied her, and Tracy loved every second of it, but that didn't mean problems never arose for her.
"Ginny! You were out of step. Rose! You need to kick higher. Jennifer! You almost drop me again."
"Yes Tracy!!!" They all replied trying not to look her in the eyes. Tracy was on the surface the ideal all young girls strove to be, a perception she strove to maintain at all costs. Everything had to be her way, "The Best Way!" she'd always tell everyone. To keep up the image she'd round up the votes for last years yearbook, worked hard and kissed the ass of the Cheer coach to ensure she'd get the spot, bullied nerds into doing her homework and making sure she had the questions ahead of each test when possible. In her obsession she'd certainly hurt a lot of feelings, but she strove to ensure respect else the ones that tried to knock her down a peg would face repercussion.
It was difficult at times, but Tracy was the ideal everyone wanted to be in her mind and she was going to maintain it at all cost. "Alright everyone that's enough for today.", she yelled. She walked up to the girls she called out earlier and gave the big you can do it smile she'd been practicing for years. "Sorry about calling you guys out I just wanted to make sure as a squad we're all in perfect unison for the big game in a couple weeks, remember it's going to be on TV."
They all nodded knowing better than to try to call out Tracy. Before leaving though she pulled Jennifer aside. "Almost drop me again and I'll see that you're off the squad. Got it!" Tracy threatened.
Tracy walled off the field and headed for the science lab on the other side of the school. As she did she got the usual responses boys staring, girls looking on in awe of her, even teachers smiling with pride that she was the model student of the whole of the school. Everything was ideal as Tracy strove for at least it was until she turned the corner to take a short-cut. She was greeted by some graffiti that made her angry. "Two timing Tracy ain't got no Titties."
Tracy was livid, "Who would dare who had the gal?" she thought before turning to see a group of misfits laughing on side with a spray can in one's bag. "Catherine!", Tracy thought to herself. She turned with a pompous grin and continued walking. "I guess she didn't learn her lesson the last time."
Tracy and Catherine had always been on the wrong foot. At first it was just a simple love/hate relationship common in young girls. It didn't help that Tracy strove for perfection while Catherine was more of underachiever that made friends with everyone just by being herself. But what really set the whole thing off was when puberty kicked in Catherine's chest bloomed while Tracy stayed relatively flat. It became a sore spot for Tracy, the only thing she was missing to be the perfect blonde haired blued eye idol everyone fantasied about.
Catherine however was the ideal girl next door rebel type. Tracy actually had to work overtime to win best looking over her, but when Catherine found out Tracy had gone out with her boyfriend to get his vote that's when the relationship became completely toxic. Now at in a new year Tracy could tell she'd have to knock Catherine back into her place again.
"That can wait.", she thought. "For now I need to pick up my homework from Nancy."
She walked into the lab and found her where she usually was during her free period. Playing with the lab equipment and working on something completely unrelated to school. Nancy was a prodigy, a girl destined to be some big shot, according to all the teachers. Where others saw a genius, Tracy saw a girl at the top of class whom would certainly need her protection to stop the bullies from picking on. It was a simple arrangement Tracy got "A's on her assignments and Nancy got to be seen hanging out with the most popular girl in school and left alone.
"Hey Nancy how's it going!!!", she announced in a over the top girly way.
Nancy nearly leapt from her seat, nearly giving herself a black eye as Tracy had interrupted her as she was looking into a microscope. "Oh... Oh.. Tracy you scare the hell out of me", she said softly.
"Sorry I was just coming to pick up that assignment you were helping me with"
"It's on the table there, but please kept your voice down for a minute I'm working on something very delicate."
"Ooo is it that thing you've been obsessing over the last month. Are you going to tell me about it or what?" Tracy asked. She wasn't really that interested but Nancy did actually seem to view Tracy as a friend and she was perfectly willing to play it up.
"I... I told you it's a secret."
"Come on we're friends aren't we", Tracy said as she grabbed her papers from the table accidently knocking a couple things over onto the floor as she did.
"L.. Look just between you and me. Some of this stuff I'm mixing isn't.. it's not well... It's not necessarily legal, and I'm certain no ones ever mixed this kind of stuff together this way." As she said that she had two beakers left in her hand and she stood up.
"What it's not like you making meth or some... woah fuck!!!" Tracy yelled. She'd accidently tripped on a beaker while walking over. As she did her leg swung up kicking the chemicals out of Nancy's hands one landed on Tracy and the other spilt onto a the flam of the Bunsen burner someone had forgotten to turn off. Tracy had was dazed on the ground and noticed Nancy diving behind a table before a small explosion erupted.
Choice 1: Tracy wakes up in the hospital and miraculously everything actually seem to be fine. She stayed there a few days and they found nothing out of the ordinary and She said nothing about Nancy's secret project. When she arrives home she finds out she's different now. She can now heal near instantaneously and
not only that but she's a lot stronger now despite not showing any muscle growth. She tells Nancy, but also guilts her into silence while she uses her new gifts to bully others, but as she continues to show other gifts will Nancy hold onto her silence.
Choice 2: Tracy feels odd, not pain, but actually pleasure. Her body had actually absorbed much of the explosion and converted that energy into her body. She was slightly more muscular, slightly more taller, and even a bit bustier.
