You were pulled into the light of the room, and rather than your sister being there to free you, your mother was the one with her hands on your shoe prison. Worse, she didn't seem to see any of your face, and you highly doubted she remembered where you were after a week. "I knew I loaned these to Stacy, good thing I remembered before I left. Gosh, all the way across the country without my favorite heels! I'd never live it down." She smiled angelically, still not realizing just why her heels were in her daughter's closet instead and started walking out. She paused just before the door and put a finger on her lip. "There was something... about the insole?" She mumbled to herself. Your heart skipped a beat, was she going to remember you! you could actually be saved but clearly you overestimated Shannon's memory, though.
"She was replacing them? maybe? I remember they were really bad a while ago." She looked down now focusing on the insole... of the other shoe. Regardless of how much you might have managed to reform your features, it wouldn't do you any good if she didn't inspect the shoe you were in! "Well they look good! I'll write a note thanking Stacy for removing them then, and maybe she'll be able to find Sammy while I'm gone."
She scribbled a note on the counter and walked back into her room, dropping you onto the floor near her suitcase. You belatedly realized that she was going on one of her modeling trips, which usually lasted anywhere from a week to six months. You had been resting for a long time but if there was any time to try and struggle your own way out it would be now. You struggled against the shoe slightly feeling a bit of peeling at your edges but before you got anywhere substantial a pantyhose covered foot kicked your shoe upright and then descended onto you. For the first time in a week Shannon put her full weight onto you driving the ball of her foot into your face and her heel into your crotch. She tapped her foot to get the shoe tighter and grabbed her suitcase walking out to the car to drive to the airport.
You whimpered as she made her way through the airport and several hours later when she kicked you off in a hotel room you were right back to square one.
