Who is going to be immune to the craziness about to come to Remnant and why?

Silver-Eyed warriors have magical resistance to mind affects. While Ruby can still be manipulated physically, she is aware of everything that happens. How long will it take for her to notice something is going on and how will she find out who is doing what is essentially impossible?

Weiss’ glyphs had an unexpected effect on her. Her mind is shielded from the Book of Reality. Like above, she’s immune to mental changes, even if her body isn’t. As everything around her changes, what can she do to save herself and others? It might take all her detective work to capture the perpetrator.

Maybe someone else has resistance to the magic book?
