The villain hovered above five different worlds. Five different eras of He-Man. He was... not enthused about the idea of going to the Revelations He-Man world. Not because of the female empowerment (good god, empowered females were a fetish for him). Its just because the storytelling was AWFUL.
He considered the other worlds. There was the classic Filmation series, of course, in all its cheesy glory. There was the sci-fi sequel series, New Adventures of He-Man. The 2002 Cartoon Network He-Man series, which was the villain's personal favorite. And the other Netflix cartoon, He-Man and The Masters of The Universe.
Good choices all (except maybe Revelations). He just had to pick where to start.
