The villain touched down on the planet Rilgar, calmly making plans as he started walking through Blackwater City, ignoring the people who stared as he landed from space without a ship.
He definitely wanted to get all of Ratchet's various 'girlfriends' he's made over the course of his adventures. Being straight-leaning bisexual, though, he wouldn't be averse to taking Ratchet as well. As he didn't want to leave the universe TOTALLY helpless, he planned to up Captain Qwark's heroism, courage, intelligence, and overall competence to something actually useful.
And maybe just blow Dr. Nefarious to scrap metal and toss the pieces in a black hole just to be safe.
