not potty trained

Since she's a clone of Danny the automatically thought that she was already potty trained and it turns out that they were dead wrong because not everything Danny learned got transferred to his clone. In fact when the cloning machine was processing the things Danny learned as a toddler it started to malfunction just before it reached when he learned how to use the potty. Did they ever figure out why Dani isn't potty trained like Danny or not? Did they ever find out what caused the malfunction?
