You sit down at the table to read the paper. As you read, you are unaware that a tiny bald middle-ages neighbor has fallen out of your paper and landed on the table in front of you.
Mr. Anderson was in shock at his new surroundings on a vast kitchen table, but he is somewhat relieved that you haven't noticed him. He doesn't know how he got this way or if he will ever get back to normal again, but right now his first priority is finding some place to hide so you don't find him.
He looks around the table for a way down but doesn't see any other way except for a long drop to the hardwood floor. Does he risk breaking his legs by jumping off, or does he look for something on the table to hid in?
