As you kick him, and get hold of the gun, you have no hesitation to shrink him. As he shrinks to an inch. You notice there is a time setting. You say to him, "You idiot there is a time setting, and you know what I am going to shrink you down forever. You point it at the already shrunken man and he is even smaller and stuck that way forever. You look evily at him and think what to do with this power.
