Several more sub-tools appeared beneath the merge icon. Curious, you selected the icon that looked like two identical faces, and pulled the slider in the opposite direction, towards the left. The image of the merged guy changed immediately. The face caught your attention first as it was split. The left side was yours and the right was Mike's, but, the entire body of the merged image was the same way. Mike's thicker muscle dominated the right half, and your pudgier body made up the left half. "Ugh, we look terrible... like two-face."
You were about to shift the slider back to the right, but a few other icons caught your eye. Just below was an image of a stick figure cut in half, and the slider was in the middle. You selected the slider and shifted it to the left. Mike's half of the two-face image loss muscle and gained the same amount of weight you had. "Okay, well... thats not what I wanted. I want Mike's muscle on my half..." You said as you shifted it back, past center, and towards the right. Mike's side returned to normal as your half gained muscle. "Gosh that looks ridiculous."
You were about to shift the identical face icon's slider back to the right but paused at the topmost 'merge' slider. "What if the merge was only partial?" You moved the slider over slowly and watched in fascination as yours and Mike's two-face merge began to divide. You stopped when yours and MIke's heads were side by side on a single torso. The body was still split, your half on the left and his on the right, but both halves had Mike's athlete muscle.
You gawked at the image, reminding your about your biology lesson on Thursday. You were covering human reproduction and a portion of the chapter was on twins in development. You were fascinated on the portion about the zygote failing to split earlier enough and conjoined twins forming. Not that you and Mike were twins, but the idea was interesting. "If we were conjoined... Yeah, I have to show him this."
You saved the image, and printed it immediately. Pulling out your phone, you called Mike. "Hey dude, want to come over.... No, I'm stuck watching the brats... Thanks man, and hurry. Oh and, I have to show you this new program. You're going to get a kick out of it! If it were real, what would you think about sharing your Hoplite title with me!"
