Part of a Delicious Diet!

You decide to go inside Molly's stomach. You ran up to the plastic plate and took cover under the rim of the plate. You peeked your head over to see if she spotted you. It looked like she hasn't spotted you yet, which makes you confident in your mission! You vaulted over and hid within the lettuce. A plastic fork came towards the leaf you were hiding in and were lifted up to her mouth.

She opened her mouth, revealing what was left from her previous bite. Her breath smelled of eggs and olive oil. You were brought into her mouth and were tossed around in her mouth. Her breath was more intense since you were inside her mouth. You tried to balance yourself towards the middle of her tongue to avoid getting detected by her teeth. The last thing you wanted was for both your goal being wasted and your hand getting completely destroyed. You knew you were invincible, but had no idea what would happen if one of your limbs were to be flatten. (Probably it'll just look weird like some kind of cartoon, but I'm getting off-topic.)

After 2 minutes of being tossed around in her mouth, you sent towards to the back of her throat. As you journeyed deeper, you could hear her heartbeat grow louder. After 3 seconds, you landed in her stomach. Part of her stomach was currently digesting with whatever's left of her salad. Her stomach was starting to fill with acid, but they have no effect on you or your clothing.

What do you do now?

A: Wait it out.

B: Push your way out of her digestive system.

C: She somehow notices you. (Aware route)
