Placed next to a pop idol

The Collector makes occasional rearrangements of her collection so that some heads don't sit in the same spot for too long. Maybe meet more people and all. For this path, Kelly has a new neighbor as their head is placed next to her. Kelly open one eye and saw what appears to be a head of an idol that she liked. Kelly scoffed it off as she thought that it was just a hallucination. But after one more look, it is her!

As for this idol head, this type of head is sort of like what you see in idol anime like Love Live and all. Not the actual Love Live characters, just the concepts of idols in general. So who is this head?
