Like many celestial beings. Sierra was a femininely human shaped (and human sized) energy being who wandered the higher planes contemplating matters of a higher intellectual nature. Sierra herself had been contemplating the irrational number (1 + Square root of√5)/2 for as long as she could remember. It was during one of her contemplative journeys through the higher planes that Sierra encountered a "snippet" (for lack of a better word) that had somehow managed to transit itself into the higher planes. The snippet claimed to be a perfect example of a genre of music known as country and western. The snippet even contained within itself a list of the five elements required to be a perfect representation of said genre:
1) a woman in relation to her child or children
2) a series of railroad cars moved as a unit by a locomotive
3) a small truck with an enclosed cab and open back
4) a building in which people are legally held as a punishment
5) being in a temporary state in which one's physical and mental faculties are impaired by an excess of alcohol
Intrigued, Sierra abandoned her current studies and began researching country and western music.
Once Sierra felt she had learned all she could about country and western from a planar distance, she decided to manifest herself onto the material plane. (It goes without saying that, since Sierra's energy appearance was aesthetically pleasing, so too would her physical appearance be). It was by happenstance that Sierra encountered the Monstr App. Sierra reasoned that, since she could appear as either a human or energy being, and both forms had superhuman abilities, she qualified as a monster. And dating would allow her to further understand country and western.
Which is how Robert ended up right swiping a very attractive, young human female who he thought was delusionally claiming to be a monster.
