It only took a brief search online to discover what the "hth" in the email address stood for.
HALF-TON HUNKS Where The BIG Boys Play!
The homepage featured a photo of an impossibly fat nude squirrel posing for the camera, looking over his shoulder, his bushy tail curved seductively as he held a huge towel over his naked rear dropped a couple of inches to cheekily show off a bit of his rump. Evan clicked the "I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE" button and was sent to the main page that was filled with more pictures of extremely obese furs. The lion clicked the "MODELS" tab and was taken to a page displaying the profiles of the overfed models.
"WANT TO BE A HALF-TON HUNK? SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION NOW!" read a banner at the top of the page.
The lion clicked the banner ad and read through the benefit and requirements to a model. The gig paid well, extremely well, like six-digits well. Apparently, there's a high demand for fat furs, the lion surmised. Some of the requirements were standard stuff for a site like this: Must be over 18, must be willing to do nude photography. There was only one outlier: "MUST HAVE 65+ BMI"
"Rats," Evan joked to himself.
So, it looked like Derrick wanted to be a super-sized supermodel. The dog was handsome and probably satisfied the BMI requirements. But the photos Evan saw looked awful. It must be hard for a fur that size to photograph body that big. Maybe if Evan offered to work with him, he could get a cut of that pay. Or, Evan thought about submitting an application for fun. He knew he wouldn't get the job, but he felt he had a nice body, and who knows what HTH might say. And for that pay? Why not?
