Plot 1 -

Shingo is Sailor Moon, not his sister.

While he can still fight the more nightmare-ish looking monsters with little difficulty, the women he saves like to reward him with kisses and maybe a little bit more.

For some reason, the very power that allows him to fight monsters and save people doesn't allow him to escape from a kiss on his own.

What makes things worse for Shingo is that the more attractive monsters like to kiss him, thinking he is not a threat. The other Senshi find him adorable, so they wind up fighting the monsters… assuming they don’t let the monsters create human identities and live peacefully as long as they're allowed to kiss Shingo every once in awhile.
