Okay, so Cassie, Ord, Zach and Wheezy, and Lorca were not the ones who made a wish that led to Max becoming a dragon himself.

How about Max himself, his sister Emmy, Cassie's older Sister Sophie, or maybe Priscilla the big winged dragon made the wish.
