“So we all have to be holding the remote,” Jaune reiterated. “Try not to swap without us, Nora. Otherwise, we won’t notice the changes.”
“Righty-o!” Nora saluted and Jaune rolled his eyes.
“At least we managed to choose a relatively safe option,” Ren assured him. “Clothes were probably the safest bet.”
“I don’t know,” Pyrrha interjected, as Nora peered out their door to across the hall. “I think names would have been fun and safe.”
“Yeah, but we needed something a little more… significant,” Jaune replied. “I just don’t think Nora’s suggestion of bodies was… appropriate for Ren and me.”
“And now you get to wear female clothes,” Pyrrha pointed out with a laugh.
“Wouldn’t be the first time,” Jaune and Ren muttered. They glanced at each other and shared a moment of male bonding. Jaune had seven sisters and, when he was younger, he was forced to wear girl’s clothes. Ren was childhood friends with Nora. Nora once replaced all of his clothes with her own because she thought he would look cute in them.
“I have an idea,” Nora suddenly suggested. She was still a little disappointed they wouldn’t switch bodies. She wanted to examine Yang’s muscles and see if she really was fitter than her. “What if we do it randomly?”
“What do you mean, randomly?” Ren asked.
“I swap with the first person to leave their room,” Nora suggested. “Then Pyrrha, than, Ren, than Jauney. Whichever member of team RWBY leaves in that order is who we swap with.” Jaune nodded his head slightly.
“I’m okay with that,” he admitted. “It’s going to be awkward regardless of who I get.” Ren and Pyrrha didn’t have any objections either. “Why am I last though?”
“To save the best for last, duh.”
“Right…” Pyrrha giggled at Jaune’s confusion.
The four of them waited behind the door while Nora peaked out. They could hear Team RWBY talking loudly behind their closed door, but their words were muffled. It sounded like they were going to leave soon. Nora fidgeted excitedly as she waited. All members of Team JNPR had their hand on the remote and waited. After about five minutes, the door opened and the girls across the hall left. There were four clicks followed by green flashes of light.
