The main character here is Gloria.
Gloria is a young teenaged girl, in 8th grade (14 years old) who needs diapers at night. She still wets the bed, sometimes poop the bed, and is quite ashamed of it, but her friends know of this and don't mock her for it. She has accidents during the day as well, but not very often, and keeps a change of clothes in her locker at school for does. Gloria's mom makes her wear diapers during the day when she has more than two daytime accidents in a row.
Gloria is short and spritely, with slender arms and legs, small and modest breasts, and a cute face. She is quite weak and has basically no muscle on her body. Gloria's skin is a bronze-tan color, which is natural for her, and her hair is dyed blonde, although it is naturally black. Gloria has kind of poor eyesight and needs glasses but hates wearing them because they make her look like a nerd (well, even more of a nerd than she already is), so they sit uselessly on her nightstand in her room while Gloria has to get her head in close to read things or watch TV.
Gloria tried a little too hard to be one of the "cool" kids at the beginning of the school year and it failed, she is now seen as kind of a loser by all but her closest friends. Since her friends all know about her diapers, Gloria is okay with them seeing her in them. In fact, she typically sleeps in either just a diaper and an oversized T-shirt, or topless in nothing but a diaper."
The other girls at this sleepover are Gloria's close friends Brie and Vickie, although more friends can be added if the party grows.
-Brie is very pale and has brown hair with red highlights, she is a little love-crazy and likes to talk about boys she likes and contrived plots to get with them.
-Vickie is tall, and much stronger than she looks. Vickie is more than a head taller than the small and spritely Gloria, and probably stronger than Gloria and Brie put together. She has shoulder-length blonde hair (although it is dyed, naturally it is brown), and like Brie, is quite pale. Despite her size, she is quite gentle and a bit socially awkward. Everyone at school thinks she should play basketball but she hates sports. Vickie is nice most of the time but has some frustrations in life she'd love to either release or express, and this might be the place to do it.
-Gloria also has an older sister, Christina, but she is not really part of the sleepover. Christina is in college but still lives with her mom and younger sister. She thinks Gloria and her friends are dumb and kind of annoying, she would rather drink beer in the attic while studying for her mid-term exams. Christina is sort of chubby with thick thighs and nice round breasts. She has a bit more fat around her tummy from drinking beer (she and her friends drink constantly). Christina, like Gloria, has bronze-tan skin, and long hair (dyed brown, naturally black).
