Samantha steps out of her office and returns with a steaming cup of java and sets it on her desk in front of you.
"Before we get started talking about-I suggest that you take a few sips of this fresh coffee I made earlier-you'll need for what I'm about to say." she growls.
"Oh-thank you but I'm more of an energy drink person" you nervously reply.
"I INSIST that you take a sip of the coffee your boss made you" she says with a growing irritation in her voice.
Realizing that this wasn't the time to quiver over drink preferences-you scoop of the cup and take a large gulp of the lukewarm, mediocre tasting coffee and set it back on the table. Only seconds after-you feel a rather bizarre reaction in you stomach to the java but focus on the situation at hand. "Ok-let's get this over with" you sigh ignoring the weird drunken, tingling sensation growing inside you.
"Yes-let's!" Samantha says standing up from her desk at her full height of 5'9 in front of you. You were glad that you were sitting as you were slightly embarrassed that Samantha was a good 2 inches taller than your short height of 5'7 and it was especially embarrassing when she wore heels which made her almost 6 ft. However, even from a sitting perspective-you notice that-for some reason-Samantha seems taller than usual and your chair seems especially roomy as well as high off the ground.
"Matt-our campaign is a first rate operation and is going to be the next biggest thing on the US political scene and mistakes like this make us look weak and enforce the stereotypes about us being clueless millennials that don't know what we're doing which is why I'm doing something that I should have done to you a long time ago." she smirks
"Ok-I know where this going" you sigh. "I appreciate being allowed to work in this campaign and in this office" you say, standing up to shake her hand and take you leave of the room. However as you face Samantha for the last time to shake her hand you notice something unusual about her....
