"Actually, McCree, let's restrain her to the operation table, her implants are quite intriguing." Angela requested, "You'd think she was some sort of super hacker, the way her implants seem to link to computers." She joked to herself, knowing full well that Sombra knew next to nothing about hacking, or rather she did now.
"You got it, doc." McCree responded moving Sombra to the table, "Maybe Talon uses her as some sort of storage device, it'd make sense considering how she always seems to disappear when there's trouble."
Soldier zeroed in on Angela, "Were you harmed?"
"No, no Jack," Mercy replied shaking her head, "You worry too much, besides I got the drop on her."
"Alright, I'll be back for Sombra when you're done figuring out her implants." Jack said, following McCree out the door.
Mercy had followed them out, "Thanks for helping." She said with a smile before retreating back into her lab, closing the door.
Immediately she went over what all just happened. First she accidentally swapped ages with D.Va, it felt amazing being so young again, though she felt she'd have to give D.Va's age back next time she saw her. Then she found Sombra and stole her knowledge of hacking, she was glad knowledge and lack of knowledge were an acceptable swap. Mercy suddenly became alarmed, she'd have to check her computer, just to make sure it wasn't compromised.
At her computer she found that it was on her log in page, her desk was shuffle through, as if someone was looking for something—probably something with my password on it—the password entry field had a few black dots it, Sombra really had been just trying to guess my password. At least in this current reality, she'd seen that before reality had properly shifted Sombra was uploading data to Talon.
"So, Sombra, what were you up to before I interrupted you?" Angela asked inquisitively as she swiveled towards the woman bound to the table. Sombra just looked at her, clearly not willing to tell. "Oh, well if you don't want to talk to me I'm sure one of the boys will get you to open up." Angela said with a shrug. Mercy walked to Sombra's side and started looking at the implants on Sombra's nearest arm, "Wanna tell me what these implants are for?" Mercy asked, "I'm sure they're not just for show."
"And what if they were?" Sombra replied cockily.
Mercy shook her head disapprovingly, "Guess I'll have to do this the hard way." She pulled out a scanner, she was able to see how the implants connected, they connected to her spine. They don't seem to serve a tangible purpose she thought, perhaps they're somehow sensory...
"They're custom built, you'll never be able to guess what they do." Sombra taunted smugly. Angela replied by pressing a few buttons under the table, and Sombra's bindings became uncomfortably tight.
Angela returned to her thoughts, I know they interacted with computers before, but I'm certain that's changed, unless she has indeed become a walking flash drive. Then a new idea hit her, the wand. She could just swap some knowledge again, or just test the wand, after all Sombra in no longer as great a threat to Overwatch without her ability to hack.
