Mercy realizes what happens, and undoes her theft.

Something in the back of Mercy’s mind told her to keep her regained youth, but she decided to suppress the voice and reverse the swap. Her achievements in medicine had made her able to stay youthful despite soon approaching her forties, while D.Va’s last health check had revealed a diet largely consisting of Doritos and Nano Cola. Mercy credited D.Va’s slender form to a high metabolism and good genes, but it appeared it wouldn’t help much as she’d get older.

Mercy felt the wand warm up in her pocket followed by regaining a few of her inches and a cup-size from D.Va, and vice versa. The gamer hadn’t seemed to notice the change, so the wand could possibly have the power to alter others’ perception of reality. If so, it defied all science, but Mercy would find it out anyways. Maybe something subtle, but noticeable, before going full scale.
