The Cookie Heist

Wild Tania and the Squirmy Kid (whose real name was Marty) were very hungry, but their parents had forbidden them from eating any cookies.
There was a local ordinance that clearly stated "No sweets before dinner", and violation of this ordinance was punishable by timeout, which, for anyone as wild and squirmy as these two, was a horrible fate.
There was only one thing for it... they'd have to steal the cookies without getting caught.
