Jean's mother, happy her daughter shared the same feelings as her, decided to use some special pills to keep Jean from growing older, keeping her as an adorable, 4-year-old blob for the rest of her life. While she was busy scarfing down the piles of food, she quickly slipped in one of the pills, and while the effects weren't immediately apparent, she could only hope that they had taken effect.
Jean didn't seem to notice, thankfully, as she was too busy stuffing her maw with tons and tons of food, swelling with lard like a giant, fatty water balloon.
Jean's mother happily stroked and caressed her daughter's massive belly, squeezing and prodding it like it was a giant beanbag chair. "Yes, keep growing, dear! Eat until you can eat no more!"
So Jean kept on eating, swallowing multitudes of meals at once down her childish mouth, gaining weight rapidly and very significantly...
