Called to Dean's office

After Sam's break, he was told that he had to personally help someone in the company. Sam didn't want to deal with this right after his break, but he asked who it was and he was told it was Dean Smith he had to go to. Sam really didn't want to go to Dean Smith's office. The guy is annoying and didn't know what he was doing and yet he has a high position in the company. He questioned how Dean got that position. Sam suspect that his father got his that position.

Sam got into the elevator and rode it to Dean's floor and walked the hallways to Dean Smith's office. Once he found it he knocked on the door and heard Dean shout out, "Come in!" Sam walked into the office to see Dean who was a ___ man.
