How about these girls:

Alexis: She is a 7 year old girl with long Black hair and green eyes. Her mother is the CEO of the most successful balloon factory in the country so she has always had a fascination with balloons. Has been known to accompany her mom when she goes to work and all of the employees of the factory know her.

Jenny: She is an 8 year old girl with brown hair and blue eyes. A freak lab accident happened to her mother which caused her to turn into a human balloon that can inflate and deflate at will (without injuring herself). As a result Jenny is a human balloon like her mother but has a hard time controlling her balloon nature due to being so young.
