The problem with a hospital or even the fire station is that both are heavily guarded. No matter where you entered from, you'd either get caught by someone or probably be turned away.
So, you had some options which all were borderline criminal but for someone in need of a new body, it's not like your crimes transfer over to the good guy, if you get to be bad you might as well be bad hehe.
Option 1:
Call emergencies for an "emergency" a lot of times a mental health scenario can lead first responders to you to be brought to the hospital. Maybe even a certain "I think I can swap bodies" scenario might make things easier.
Option 2:
Start a fire. Who loves fires? Firemen, let them bring the uniforms to you.
Option 3:
Pretend to visit a loved one or friend. I mean, someone could actually be there which would make things easier but in reality, a simple lie should do the trick.
