So from what I've heard, in the current season Alex has had her mind wiped of the fact Kara is Supergirl, as well as all her memories linked to that fact either removed or edited to maintain the illusion.

What I'm saying is this would probably be a VERY bad time for her to come into possession of a tiny, Supergirl, nothing stopping her from doing anything she wants to the little blond alien, am I right?
