The way this'll work is as follows:
Grant will jerk off to a girl and she'll put on some weight, if he jerks off to her again she'll put on more, even more than last time. The effect gets stronger every time he does it. Additionally his cock and balls will slowly grow as well, not even noticeable at first but soon it will be undeniable.

Megan

Anna shares a class with Grant, they sit next to each other and chat before class. After class, Grant walks with her until they part ways, she's slender with long hair
Kristen
Kristen and Grant work at the College book store together, usually having the same shifts. Kristen is notably shorter than Grant, coming up the the center of his chest. She has long chestnut chair, her short frame is accented with hips as wide as her shoulders, though she is generally slender.
Ms. Deanna
Ms. DeRosa or "Ms. D" is Grant's English professor. She's rather slim, but has that certain allure to her. He often talks to her after class about assignments and the assigned readings, and she has a high regard for him, often letting him read in her office.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
