He gets closer to the beach without anyone spot...

Adam carefully swam forward, looking nervously around him. So far, nobody had paid any attention, which was good. His towel was back a bit, but he was a fast runner, people were swimming and having fun, nobody was paying any attention...he might JUST make it without too much humiliation.

He cautiously swam closer and closer to the shore, his heart racing in his chest. He was in the shallows now. He got as close to the shore as he dared, bracing his feet in the sand. His towel wasn't far away.

He looked around anxiously, but there was no sign of Kevin. He was probably hiding his swim trunks somewhere.

The families near his towel were turned away doing other activities. He took one last look around and took a deep breath.
