Ravel Phoenix walked in and saw the headless bodies and asked Asia’s head what happened. Asia explained that they were trying out some new magic and tried to do a head swap. Ravel looked at everyone and decided that she could eliminate any enemies at having Issei’s love.
Ravel looked at Rias’s head and smiled coyly at her and wanted to make a deal with her friend Irina. “Irina, you are in need of a new body so how about this; I take your body and you can have any other body you want and you can choose which body gets the other heads. Do we have a deal?
