With a flash, Lisa found herself the size of an action figure. The grass tickled her belly and her pants were soaked with dew. "Perhaps I should have shrunk myself on the path," Lisa thought.
Some movement in the corner of her eye caught her attention. Quickly snapping her attention over to the noise, she saw a rabbit as large as a horse chewing on clover. It didn't seem scared of her at all, as it knew of no creatures half its size that could harm it. This allowed Lisa the better part of an hour to study the terrifying, but adorable creature. She immediately realized the research potential of the shrink ray.
As she studied her new friend, Bopsy, she grew more in love with the creature. She debated about changing its size in order to take it home. She also debated about trying to mount it like a horse. Perhaps she could enlarge it to 12 times scale and use it as a horse around her neighborhood. She chuckled to herself at the funny thought.
Her mirth was cut short by the near soundless approach of a hawk. It snapped up Bopsy and snapped its neck before carrying it aloft to eat it. Lisa covered her mouth in terror at the horror which she just saw. She took off towards a park bench, not realizing this action made her next. However, instead of a hawk snatching her up, it was a teenage boy.
"Woah cool, what a strange-looking mouse!" he said with Lisa dangling from his fingers.
"I am not a mouse I am a human!" The teenager jumped as squeaks emanated from the tiny creature, causing the shrink ray to pop out of Lisa's pocket.
