The door to the office opened and Roy Mustang walked in to see Ed with his feet up on his desk and his sweaty armpits on full display. Mustang's eye twitched, "Fullmetal...what do you think you're doing?!" Roy demanded. His response was a cheeky grin from the young alchemist who defeated Father not too long ago.
"What's it look like? Relaxing!" Ed waved his boot clad feet back and forth tauntingly.
"Um...we're here to pick up Ivan, Colonel Mustang." Al said, trying to diffuse the situation before it got worse. Roy seemed to calm down and sigh, "I see, Ivan...wait...where is he?" Mustang looked around.
Ivan peeked out from Ed's tank top, visibly wet and pinching his nose closed. "R-right here!"
Ed sniggered and patted Ivan on the head with his index finger, "See? Safe and sound and ready for the trip!"
"Trip? What trip?" Ivan asked curiously. "Well...we wanted it to be a surprise...but you're coming to stay with us instead of being stuck under the military's protection all the time!" Al said kindly.
Ivan's eyes widened, "R-really? You guys will....take me in and I won't be a...bother?"
Ed nodded, his face a kinder, more genuine expression now. "Yeah, you won't take up that much space! Besides, I can be a giant to you all the time now!" Ed chuckled, Ivan sighed...some things never change.
"T-thank you...this means so much." Ivan wiped a few tears from his eyes.
Soon after this, Ed and Alphonse went back to their hotel room.
Al went out to pick up some food to bring back, so that left Ivan and Edward in the room alone.
Ed still was wearing his sweat stained tank top and boots as well that he'd had on all this time. "H-hey um...Ed?" Ivan gently asked, he was sitting on Ed's abdomen as the boy was relaxed with his hands folded behind his head on the bed.
"Hm? Something on your mind, little guy?" Ed opened an eye to look down at Ivan.
"Um....I just wanted to say...thank you. I know you like the idea of being so much bigger than me...and I was wondering if I could help you have fun in any way?" Ivan blushed.
"What do you mean?" Ed was intrigued.
"Well...you being a giant....and me being tiny....I could make you feel good...like tell you how big you are and stuff as you enjoy being HUGE and having power over me?" Ivan said quietly.
