She takes you on a quick tour of the place.

Ella showed you around her house. It was a nice two story house. Multiple bedrooms, nice decor, even a jacuzzi out back. For a single woman in her mid 40s Ella seemed to be doing quite well for herself.
“So for this job I have a special request.” Ella said as she showed you around.
“Alright no problem.” You replied looking around.
“I have to go out of town this week for business. I need someone to stay here overnight. We have had issues in the neighborhood recently and I want someone here to watch over everything while I’m gone.” Ella said.
“You mean sleep here each night?” You asked. It was a curious request. Ella didn’t seem to have any kids, plants or pets. Anything that would require such a thing.
“Yes, for all intents and purposes you will live here for the next week. Everything will be open to you and you are free to come and go as you please. Just be home by 11pm is all I ask. I will leave an envelope of cash to pay for food, gas, or anything you run short of.” Ella replied.
“Where would I sleep?” You asked you noticed all the bed rooms had been converted into other rooms, one was office, the other a gym. Which you could tell she never used...
“Well my room is the only off limits place. I will keep it locked. You ARE NOT to go in there understand? You will sleep in my daughter Lizzie’s room.” Ella said with a sudden stern tone which caught you off guard.
“Wow! Is this Lizzie?” You asked stunned by her beauty.
“Yes...quite the catch wasn’t she?” Ella said with a somber tone.
“Did...something happen to her?” You asked
“She....she vanished a couple years ago. Lizzie was an upcoming fashion model online and even won a local beauty pageant. One day she left to do a photo shoot and never returned. Even after a full investigation the police have no idea what happened to her....” Ella said wiping the tears from her eyes.
“I’m....so sorry.” You said feeling bad you asked.
“Its...it’s okay sunny. I will see her again one day I’m sure. I left her room just like it was. You can sleep here, don’t mind all her girly stuff.” Ella said.
She showed you to the room which definitely belonged to a pretty girl in her early 20s. Makeup, dresses, swimsuits, etc. everything you would expect.
After the tour was over Ella handed you the keys as she left with her suitcase. You finally had the place to yourself as you relaxed on the couch. This was going to be the easiest job you ever had.....
