Alex(16) and Emma(16)

"Wake up stupid," says your girlfriend Emma.

This causes you to crack a bleary eye and look up to see her bright face looking at you from above, you lean in for a kiss but soon realise that you are tied down "Babe whats going on?" you ask, confused.

Her kind and loving gaze shifts "Payback is what's happening" she says, an evil grin appearing on her cute and youthful face.

"EM seriously you're scaring me!" you start to shout as you become more confused and all these ideas and different scenarios start going through your head "Oh I get it this is a role play right?" you say chuckling a little

"no, and that's the problem you only want me for sex!" Emma shouts "So I've decided that I'm going to teach you a lesson so you can know how I feel every day. and all it requires is this small little procedure"

"and what procedure is that?" you ask expecting her to drop her robe and have a sexy outfit on still thinking that you are in a role play.

"oh, you'll find out soon enough" Emma says as she presses a big red button on the wall.

machines start to move and make hydraulic noises as the operating table you are strapped to starts to list you up and spread you out into a spread eagle position. at this point you realise this is not a sexy role play but instead, some sort of horror movie these mechanical arms have needles attached to them and tubes as well as scalpels and claws all glinting in the operating theatre's light. so you start to struggle and break free of the restraints

"oh I wouldn't struggle if I were you, if you do there's a high likely hood of one of the needles stabbing your carotid artery and that will kill you in minutes"

1. continue struggling in the hopes of breaking free
