Tony is the youngest and is prone to acting babyish, the show has several references to him wearing diapers for a long time, maybe he never fully grew out of them.

As the smarty pants Marc can get on the other's nerves. Rubbing the fact that he's smarter than them in their faces. What better character than the geeky know-it-all to diaper?
