*The KMS Bismarck was the first of the two Bismarck class ships built for Germany in WWII. Along with her sister Tirpitz, they were the largest ships in the German Navy. On May 24, 1941, the Bismarck, along with Prinz Eugen sank the HMS Hood, which resulted in the Royal Navy sending dozens of warships to chase down Bismarck. The Bismarck, having sustained heavy damage from British planes from the HMS Ark Royal, was attack and scuttled by two British battleships and two British heavy Cruisers.*

*Definitely one of my favorites in terms of design!*
