You had no idea what just happened and who this giant young girl was. So you of course start with the most obvious question you have. “What just happened!!?”
“It worked” She said as she held you in front of her face with a big smile, the stopping as she look embossed “Although the rift on the other side must have been on a different scale. That could clearly be a problem”
“Wait was that you?” You say as you look around. if it was her you wouldn't be surprised. From your surroundings it would seem your in a sort of lab
“Right, your probably very confused right now.” She said as she sorted things out with you. Walking over to a desk she drops you down among bunch of gadgets. You stumbled when you hit and she couldn't help but giggle at it. You were smaller then the smallest robot she's ever seen. “Right well my name is Roll. And your in... Geez i don't know what to call it. I guess Universe 1”
“Okay?”
“That rift you saw was created by the invention over there” She said pointing as you follow her finger. She was pointing to some weird machine, looking futuristic and fancy “It was built by the genius Dr Light. He owns this lab and he made me”
“Wait made you?”
She ignored as she continued the explanation “It was suppose to open rifts that we can travel through to reach other Universes. Like yours, Universe 2”
“Thats pretty heavy”
“Oh it is i can't even lift it” She joked not understanding your expression “Anyway i accidentally hit it while i was dusting around the place and... i got to admit it and stuck my hand through. I didn't think i would pull out a tiny human”
Geez, thats a lot to take in. It makes sense, well not scientifically to you but it sounded... possible. Although you did have a question “Wait is that related the tremors we have been having in our world?”
“Uh... I'm not sure, i think Dr Light when he was explaining it to be and Mega, he said something about a Barrier blocking. Thats the best answer i can give”
“Well can you send me back Roll.” You say to the intelligent little girl.
“I mean i can, if you can go one way i guess you can go the other” Roll said as she then admitted something to you “But... i do kind of want you to stay for a while”
“I don't know”
“Please, I'm always bored here by myself. With Mega fighting Wily and all his Goons, Dr Light is constantly busy and well... i get bored. Plus your so small and i just have this hope to play with you”
You debate about it, thinking if you should go back or stay. You have had an uneventful week, up until this point. And you are the first person to move through Universes. maybe stay and see about it for a little longer. Plus with the kind, adorable and hopeful smile Roll was giving you, you don't think you have the heart to say no.
“Ok Roll, i guess i can stay for a little while” As soon as you said those words, Roll lit up. Reaching down and grabbing you, Her hand grabbing you and pressing you into her chest, in a giant hug
“Oh thank you, I'm not gonna be bored ever again” Roll said as you don't plan on staying here forever, but you don't want to ruin Roll’s fun. While you were getting hugged, you found something odd.
“Hey Roll, why does your chest feel like Metal... or soft metal?” You say to her as you note this, as well as he hand feeling weird.
“Oh right, i was created by Dr Light. Ina robot, guess i should of told you that huh?” She said pulling you up to her face. It was an explanation that made sense, and it was pretty freaky seeing that this giant little girl, who you mistook for human is actually not.
“Just how far ahead is this world compared to ours. Opening portal rifts? robots? Its pretty crazy”
“Crazy? Well whats your world like. besides you know... smaller then me”
“Haha” You say to her in a sarcastic tone “Well we don't have robots, well we do but not A.I levels. Not to mention we don't have technology compared to anything in here i imagine”
