You realized that the path was slanted, which made it easier for you to traverse through the cavern.

Through your determination to escape Sunset's body, you made it to her final sphincter, her asshole. You pressed against the hole and slowly pushed your way through the hole. As you pierced the outside world, you were happy to breath fresh air again......OK, well it wasn't fresh, but it's a start.
