Amy Rose opens the door and comes into the room, she's wearing a pink nightie instead of her usual attire. She looks panicked and confused. "Cream?" She asks, seemingly not believing it is Cream.
"Amy?" Cream asks, just as confused, and then Amy suddenly comes up to her and lifts the rabbits nightie. "Hey?!" Cream exclaims.
"Why do you get to wear a pull-up, I was wearing a diaper?!" Amy in turn exclaims herself, positively fuming upon finding that out, dropping Cream's nightie.
Cream holds up her hands and says. "Okay, calm down, I think something weird is going on." Cream said.
"Yeah, obviously something's going on! Why did I wake up in what looked like a nursery and why is it in your house! Furthermore, why are you wearing a pull-up? I know you had some bedwetting issues, but not like this, and then there's all this too!" Amy went off as she gestured to Cream's room, which looked more like a nursery than a regular little girls room.
"AMY!" Cream shouted, not something she did very often as it got Amy to quiet down. "I don't know, what is going on. I am wearing a pull-up because I took the diaper off I had been wearing and put this on instead. Clearly, we need to figure out what is going on."
Amy seemed to understand that instead of going without underwear at all, Cream had opted to put on a pull-up. Amy had found those in her room as well, but hadn't felt the need to put on something so infantile, as such she assumed that for some reason Cream was past needing diapers and she wasn't for some reason. "Okay.. What are the odds your Mom thinks something weird is going on?"
Just then the sound of footsteps was coming down the hall. "Cream? Are you awake?" Vanilla's voice said as it grew louder, getting closer to them.
