Morbidly obese

To say Timmy Turner had gotten fat was a bit of an understatement. The boy was huge, easily able to get stuck in a single-wide doorway and with a belly that reached past his knees. His moobs sagged to each side of his massive tum while his thighs rubbed together and his cheeked clapped with each step he took. His arms had also grown, his biceps looking like hams that transformed into arms at his chubby elbows, and possessing a face that could charitably be described as round.

One might question why he got this big to begin with? Well...
