What's the situation?

1. Allegra shrinks at Central City Citizen Media, and has the misfortune of being found by Taylor Downs, the reporter who hates her and promised to destroy her.

2. Iris assigns Allegra to interview Sue Dibny about a new charitable foundation she is starting. But Allegra shrinks on a seat and is sat on by Side when she arrives.

3. Iris's time sickness acts up, causing her to accidentally shrink and teleport Allegra. She wakes up three days earlier, tiny on a yoga mat Cecile is about to use.

4. Allegra is experimenting with her powers and releases too much energy, leaving her drained and shrunken in the Speed Lab as an unaware Frost walks in looking to train.
