How should Team Arrow's technical specialist shrink?

1. In season 4 of Arrow, Felicity's nemesis Brie Larvan from season 1 of The Flash returns to attack Felicity. But decides on a different approach than in "Beacon of Hope" using one of her robotic bee to inject Felicity with a shrinking serum, reducing her to the size of a bug to enact her revenge for Felicity' part in putting her behind bars. -Expect some Bee puns.

2. An agent from the League of Assassin's sneaks into the Arrow Cave, injecting Felicity with a shrinking drug on Malcolm Meryln's orders. Figuring that it would help quell Thea's blood lust to have a one inch tall stress toy in the form of Felicity Smoak.
