1) Red Daughter goes rogue in "The House of L" (Season 4, Episode 16) and decides to replace Kara outright, shrinking her down and stuffing her miniaturized progenitor in her bosom so she can tell Red how to best pass off as Kara. Though Red won't be willing to overlook the tiny Kara's attempts to sabotage her or warn her friends that something is up.
2) After working late at CatCo one evening, Kara crashes for the night. When she wakes up, she finds herself, somehow, shrunken down, powerless and on the chair of the approaching Nia Nal, tumbling down into her protege's gargantuan ass cheeks.
3) Eve Teschmacher reveals her true colors after finding out about Supergirl’s secret identity, stealing a prototype shrinking device from Lena and using it to shrink Kara in her bed in the middle of the night. Now an inch tall version of Kara wakes up to find herself under the gaze of Lena’s gargantuan assistant.
4) The Children of Liberty unleashes an attack targeting Aliens who can hear specific frequencies, causing them to lose their powers. This also has the effect of shrinking Supergirl to a centimeter tall as she flies through the city. Thankfully she finds a soft landing spot before she hits the ground, landing bug-sized between an unassuming Lena Luthor’s tits.
