Well, how about Thea or Laurel?

Laurel clearly has the hero trait of sticking her nose where it shouldn't go, maybe someone decides to make her a smaller issue, and therefore much easier to deal with?

Then there's Thea who's taken the party scene in Oliver's absence and if she'll do Vertigo what isn't on the table, even something that had a chance of shrinking as a side effect?
