1) There is a reason why despite the terrible side effects people like Ra's use the Pit repeatedly.... it's magic works through the body like a drug, with some rather unfortunate withdrawal symptoms. As Thea discovers when she shrinks out of her costume down to an inch tall, luckily this happened to her in the 'Arrowcave' rather than on a mission, unfortunately, her only hope is getting the attention of Felicity Smoak, who has just entered the lair, missing her shrinking completely
2) Thea's violent outbursts are getting worse, the last of her accidental victims looking like they were mauled by a wild animal. With this on his conscience, Oliver makes the decision to 'borrow' Ray's shrinking tech and reduce Thea to the size of a mouse, then leave her with the most responsible person he knows: Laurel Lance. This is just until they can find a way to stop the bloodlust from flaring out, but will this run smoothly, or are Thea and possibly even Laurel in for a rough ride?
Or just have her shrink for some other reason, either after she gets cured of the bloodlust, or just in an unrelated incident
