1. Supergirl gets into a battle with Reign that ends with Reign shrinking her and tucking her tiny body somewhere in her costume. Will Reign dispose of her? Or will she turn back into Sam and find the tiny Supergirl?
2. Jacqueline Nimball (the successor to the Toyman) decides to turn Supergirl herself into a toy by shrinking her down, removing her superpowers, and trapping her in a doll box (similar to the giant action figure box she was trapped in on the show). She then adds the box to the Supergirl doll rack at the toy store, allowing Supergirl to be purchased by Sam as a toy for Ruby.
3. Alex shrinks Kara after she is brutally defeated by Reign, refusing to let her adopted sister fight such a dangerous opponent again. Unfortunately for Kara, this happens while Alex is watching after Ruby, and she made no point to hide the tiny Supergirl from her giant fangirl.
4. Supergirl shrinks while flying above National City on her way to work, forcing her to rely on her friend and new boss, Lena Luthor for help. She's happy to help Supergirl(unaware that it's really Kara), but her methods for helping Kara might make her uncomfortable.
